MOVEMENT FOR
EVERY BODY
Helping you stay strong, capable, empowered and at home in your body, through every stage of life.
Strong, at every stage
I'm Maia, a sport rehabilitator and strength & conditioning coach with over four years' experience across private practice, sport, and community health. I specialise in evidence-based strength training, with a particular focus on supporting women through every stage of life, alongside working with clients managing persistent pain, stroke, Parkinson's, cardiac conditions, and healthy ageing.
My work sits at the meeting point of clinical training and genuine care. A BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation, a Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage, and specialist training in menopause exercise and Parkinson's, all in service of one belief: your body doesn't need to be fixed. It needs to be understood, supported, and moved well.
A lifelong competitive netball player and lover of moving my body, I know first-hand what it takes to train hard, recover well, and keep showing up, even when life makes it difficult to feel at home in our bodies.
